In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead end-to-end production operations, overseeing Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance functions.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products and services through effective production planning and execution.
- Drive continuous flow across the production floor while meeting established takt times.
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities in optimal operating condition.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key operational performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
- Develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the metal-mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated ability in delegation, conflict management, and negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience in casting, forging, machining, and assembly processes.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Business intelligence and data automation experience.
- Bilingual
