In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensure proper alignment of the inbound supply chain for products and raw materials across business units.
  • Maintain, manage, and improve the item database, supplier database, and supplier library (i.e., datasheets, catalogs, profiles, etc.).
  • Facilitate process improvement activities and develop policies and guidelines for Supply Chain Management.
  • Provide reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement.
  • Collaborate with strategic procurement colleagues to support new supply sources to support existing and new product requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronics and Communications, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering-related courses.
  • 2.5 years of relevant working experience in Procurement or Manufacturing.
  • Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical/electronic commodities.
  • Knowledgeable in environmental legislation and similar areas such as ROHS, REACH, etc.
  • Fair degree of understanding in the field of Supply Chain.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement systems and tools (ERP, MRP, SRM).
