In this role, you will drive operational execution by translating business objectives into actionable plans, performance goals, and measurable results. You will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and leverage key metrics to improve efficiency, control costs, and support sustainable growth, while ensuring compliance and accountability across the organization.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Partner with leadership to set strategy, performance goals, and operational plans
Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost improvement through process optimization
Oversee daily operations and key metrics to ensure performance and execution
Lead cross-functional collaboration, including product development and project planning
Transformation of the site to Emerson standards for Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity and inventory
Ensure compliance while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture
WHO YOU ARE:
You will lead and effectively manage the Aiken leadership team by providing motivation, coaching, and mentoring to team members to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives including cost, quality, inventory, and delivery commitments. You will be responsible for all aspects of operations, including production and service, ensuring work orders are progressed through the production process to an agreed timescale and output high quality products. You ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
This role requires 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership and at least 5 years in a site/multi-site leader role. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and financial skills, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma certifications are essential. This full-time position offers an exciting chance to drive manufacturing and supply chain transformation, efficiency and sustainability.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
10+ years senior leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Broad operational experience across finance, production, and people leadership
Proven ability to drive efficiency and manage budgets
Strong understanding of regulations and compliance
