We are seeking a business-oriented AI and automation leader to identify, prioritize, design, and help implement practical workflow improvements that reduce seller administrative burden, improve internal process efficiency, and increase customer-facing time. This role will translate business needs into scalable process improvements, low-code automations, agent-assisted workflows, and adoption plans across sales and marketing operations.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Identify repetitive, rules-based, high-friction work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted out of seller workflows.
- Translate business pain points into process maps, workflow logic, requirements, and prioritized automation opportunities.
- Prototype and implement solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams.
- Partner with Salesforce, IT, and architecture teams when workflows require CRM integration or broader system connectivity.
- Pilot solutions with small cohorts, collect feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Define metrics and track business impact for workflow changes.
- Support adoption through training, documentation, and enablement
- Help document guardrails, risks, and readiness criteria so solutions are scalable and sustainable.

You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can enhance organizational outcomes. You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related STEM courses
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, workflow design, operations, or automation.
- Strong process mapping and requirements translation skills.
- Hands-on experience with workflow tools
- Strong comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and workflow design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
- Ability to move quickly, pilot solutions, and improve through feedback
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Forms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce workflows and commercial processes.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or broader data platform concepts.
- Experience with user enablement, training, or change adoption.
- Experience validating solution quality through pilots, UAT, or QA.
