In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and grow the FLEXIM business across the CSEE region by identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable growth plans.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new customers, positioning yourself as a valued partner and advisor.
  • Collaborate with regional and European sales, product management, and engineering teams to promote Flow and Flexim solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Lead and support customer-facing sales activities, including opportunity development, account planning, and solution positioning.
  • Drive sales growth initiatives, including market share expansion and competitive displacement, using a consultative and value-based approach.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning for the Flexim portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Share product, application, and market knowledge across internal teams to strengthen collaboration and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with Emerson policies, ethical standards, trade compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about local certification, documentation, and authorization requirements, partnering with internal teams to meet regional needs.
  • Continuously develop your skills and capabilities and take on stretch assignments that support business priorities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management within an industrial, technical, or solutions-based environment.
  • Ability to engage customers using a consultative selling approach and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Comfort working in a matrix, cross-functional, and multicultural organization.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the CSEE region as required.
  • Proficiency with common business tools and systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Exposure to flow measurement, instrumentation, or related industrial technologies.
  • Experience growing businesses across multiple countries or regions.
