We are looking for an HR Generalist with responsibility for Czech Republic & Slovakia, providing comprehensive HR support to the organization and management to achieve business goals.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build strong partnerships with management and employees to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Provide timely and effective HR support to employees and managers across all HR-related areas (recruitment, talent management, labor law, performance, organization, and disciplinary matters).
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure their consistent application.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with support of the Talent Acquisition team, including onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate and support the onboarding and integration of new hires
- Support key HR processes (performance management, training & development, career development) and ensure their effective and consistent implementation
- Coordinate and support the delivery of training and development initiatives.
- Prepare for and participate in internal & external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Coordinate payroll, compensation and benefits, and support the annual salary review process
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including the company car policy, ensuring effective implementation and compliance
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records in line with legal and company requirements.
- Support the implementation of EU directives and local regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or business field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a generalist HR position, ideally within a multinational environment
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems
- Proficiency in Czech and English language
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Higher education / qualifications in HR area or an MBA
- Experience in international matrix type of organization
