As a Senior Business Analyst located in McKinney, Texas, you will support the implementation, development, operation, maintenance, improvement and growth of local and global business systems that are necessary to execute Pressure Management long term strategic priorities.
In this role your responsibilities will be:
- Serve as a systems subject matter expert for supporting business processes and developing strong relationships with the business process owners
- Have a strong understanding of the business being supported
- Facilitate discussions with end users to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Function as a liaison between business and technical units and work with the technical staff to design solutions that meet business requirements
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements
- Responsible for project planning, tracking, communication, documentation and reporting to the organization while complying with all applicable standards
- Develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements
- Develop test cases and provide test support to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee centralized testing to ensure no harm to the business due to system changes
- Represent Pressure Management on Enterprise level teams and cross-divisional projects
- Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary
- Lead offshore resources and liaise with enterprise teams to support change requests and issue resolution
- Collaborate with global teams to support business process changes and issue resolution
- Global support includes occasionally participating in after hours and weekend testing and attending meetings
- Develop SQL queries to pull Oracle eBusiness Suite data upon request
- Support the organization in maintaining clean data to prevent errors in downstream systems
- Mass upload item master, bills of material, pricing, and other related attributes as needed
- Support manufacturing related internally developed digital tools
- Provide supporting information on internal and external system audits

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or similar field required.
- 5-year experience supporting manufacturing processes
- Solid business understanding of purchasing, order management, manufacturing and inventory control processes within Oracle eBusiness Suite R12
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Strong Oracle eBusiness Suite specific SQL experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
