Job Summary:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead manufacturing operations across material and production planning, warehouse and logistics, material flow, engineering solution development, assembly, testing, and packaging to meet customer quality, delivery, and service expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and sustain strong performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, corporate standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Partner with quality and engineering teams to resolve customer issues through structured root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
- Champion a strong Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) culture and ensure compliance with Singapore legal requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop diverse, multi‑disciplinary teams across operations and support functions.
- Build high‑performance teams through clear accountability, performance management, and capability development.
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, continuous learning, and shared operational ownership.
- Identify, develop, and retain key talent while strengthening succession pipelines.
- Translate business strategies into actionable operational plans and execution roadmaps.
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, quality, and regional/global stakeholders to align priorities and resolve constraints.
- Build effective partnerships with suppliers to support quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Support new product introductions, process transfers, and the adoption of smart manufacturing and digital technologies.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
- A proven ability to deliver results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity priorities.
- Experience leading diverse, cross‑functional teams and building inclusive, high‑performing cultures.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes involving mechanical components, soft goods, and electronic assemblies.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in operations leadership roles within manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to global or matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence systems.
- Demonstrated success in talent development, engagement, and cultural transformation initiatives.
