- Providing engineering support for products already on the market, as well as redesigning them (allowing R&D to focus on new product development)
- Supporting product lifecycle management activities
- Participating in, identifying, and executing projects related to cost reduction, efficiency and reliability improvements, technology changes, manufacturability, and testability
- Facilitating communication between Manufacturing and R&D teams
- Maintaining close collaboration with the parent company’s R&D organization, as well as with engineering and production teams involved in the projects
You collaborate easily with others across the organization to achieve shared goals. You quickly learn and adopt new technologies while successfully delivering on objectives. You communicate effectively in a variety of situations—one‑on‑one, in small or large groups, and with people of different styles and seniority levels.
- University degree in electrical engineering
- Knowledge of electronics and measurement technology
- Knowledge of digital and/or analog circuit techniques
- Professional experience in the design and verification of digital and/or analog circuits
- Business‑level English proficiency, both written and spoken
- A results‑oriented mindset with openness to learning and continuous development
- Strong communication skills and active participation in teamwork
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a multinational environment
