The Global Creative Group Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality creative work across Emerson’s global marketing organization. This role balances strong project discipline with an appreciation for the creative process, ensuring initiatives move through the appropriate workflows and are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors while serving as a central point of coordination across active projects.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partner with product marketing and other stakeholders to define project priorities, requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations
Establish and manage project scope, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment and accountability across internal and external teams
Lead creative projects from initial concepts and pitches through final delivery, managing change requests and communicating project updates
Coordinate closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, video producers, and production artists to ensure timely reviews and deliverables
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal clients, media teams, and creative partners
Serve as a liaison between design and media teams to encourage collaboration and shared understanding
Plan and allocate creative resources across current and upcoming projects
Archive creative assets in the company’s digital asset management system
Manage, update, and archive content within the print‑on‑demand system, including coordination with vendors on invoicing and operational updates
Oversee print production processes, from obtaining estimates through proofing and final approval

For This Role, You Will Need:
Experience managing digital, interactive, print, and UX‑related projects
Working knowledge of project management tools, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with Adobe creative tools and workflows
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, executable actions
A proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented approach to work
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in marketing project or account management within a global or matrixed environment
Background in an agency or in‑house creative organization
Education in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience coordinating print production and creative asset lifecycle management
