In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Inventory control in warehouses
Control inputs and outputs in stores
Maintain inventory balances of both physical materials and the inventory control system
Develop procedures and routines cycle count
Coordinate the correct location and identification of materials in stores
Generate key performance report
Preparation of necessary control inputs and outputs in stores documentation.
Supervision of warehouse staff
Develop systems to keep storage areas clean and orderly
Comply with all health and safety requirements in the areas of warehouse and distribution on floor
Develop systems to coordinate the flow of materials receipts, receipt inspection, warehouse and production area.
Make sure to perform transactions for suspect material
Complies with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk and participates actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control.
Control the resources assigned by the company to the department.
Take and participate in actions that helps keep the Quality System.
Assist with any other activity assigned related to work.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

- English: Fluent/Advanced (90%).

- Experience & Knowledge: 8 years or more in control and management of inventory and warehouses administration.
-Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Technological Tools & Software Requirements: Oracle ERP / Database Management: Proficiency in Oracle for managing large-scale transaction processing, data entry, and material tracking within a complex supply chain environment.

Advanced Microsoft Excel: Expert-level skills required, including the use of Power Query for data cleansing, Pivot Tables for dynamic reporting, and complex formulas for inventory analysis and forecasting.

Inventory Management Systems: Hands-on experience with specialized software for real-time material tracking, cycle count automation, and database integrity management.
