In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Enter, process, and maintain customer orders accurately in the company’s order management and ERP systems
- Monitor and update order status, ensuring timely and clear communication with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Act as a first point of contact for customers on order-related questions, providing professional and timely support
- Maintain order-related data, documentation, and basic financial information linked to sales orders
- Coordinate order changes, confirmations, and follow-ups with Sales, factories, logistics, and other internal teams
- Proactively identify potential delays or issues and support their resolution by working closely with internal departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade compliance requirements, and ethical business standards
- Contribute to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate, proactive, and service-oriented order handling

You are an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers and internal teams to deliver results. You are comfortable managing multiple orders at once, communicating clearly, and following structured processes, while always keeping the customer experience in mind.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally involving order processing or order management
- Strong planning, organization, and task coordination skills
- Advanced level of English (written, reading, and speaking)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with an ERP system, preferably Oracle
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

- Basic understanding of commercial or contractual processes

The Customer Order Administrator plays an important role in supporting customers and internal teams by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
