In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Automation & Solution Development

• Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint

• Translate business problems and process inefficiencies into reliable, governed automation solutions

Business Partnership & Delivery

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success criteria, and deliver automation solutions aligned to business needs

• Communicate solution capabilities, limitations, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Governance, Documentation & Support

• Create and maintain solution documentation, training materials, and support artifacts

• Monitor production automations and troubleshoot issues to ensure long-term reliability

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with other analysts, architects, and business partners to improve automation standards and share best practices

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, engineering, information systems, or a related field

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI etc.) or similar automation and analytics tools

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with structured data

• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Experience automating business processes, reports, or approval workflows
