This position is critical to maintaining internal controls (CP&P) and ensuring timely financial reporting (US/MEX GAAP).It will allow the Finance Manager to focus on strategic oversight while the Supervisor manages daily operations, VAT returns, and audit requirements with KPMG/Deloitte, preventing bottlenecks in productivity.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Overseas accounting in multiple currencies, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, MEXGAAP, and corporate CP&P policies.
- Tax & Statutory Oversight: Manages federal tax obligations, social security requirements, and the preparation of documentation for statutory and internal audits.
- Operational Leadership: Supervises the GFS-CR group, managing personnel to ensure all monthly and annual closing activities are completed on schedule.
- Internal Controls: Reviews financial information and internal controls while enforcing corporate ethics and travel expense policies.

Who You Are:
- A detail‑oriented, analytical professional who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and collaborates effectively across functions. You can explain complex data clearly and are committed .
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Bilingual 90%,
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting systems, inventory control systems, and general accounting management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Income Tax laws (ISR) and payroll-related taxes. Organized, highly analytical, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented individual.
- Proficiency in computer software packages (Microsoft-Aspel-SAP). Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
