In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead complex product environmental compliance (PEC) programs, managing priorities and timelines while driving execution.
- Develop and maintain resources such as regulatory alerts, presentations, training materials, and web pages on global PEC laws in conjunction with the legal and training teams.
- Independently analyze laws, regulatory requirements, and technical standards related to PEC and translate them into practical guidance and action plans for Emerson businesses.
- Monitor the global regulatory environment, anticipate regulatory trends, and lead impact assessments to support compliance strategies.
- Act as a trusted compliance advisor to business engineering, supply chain, and product/project management teams, supporting strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Apply strong working knowledge of Industrial Automation Monitoring and Control (IAMC) products and materials, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain considerations to proactively address complex compliance challenges.
- Provide operational support by contributing to process improvements and issue resolution to ensure efficient operations and consistent delivery of high‑quality outcomes.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related program.
- 7 or more years of relevant work experience in a compliance-related field.
- Strong working knowledge of global product environmental laws related to Design & Materials (i.e., EU REACH, Global RoHS, PFAS, ESPR, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization (including upper management).
- Familiarity with product environmental/materials compliance software applications (e.g., Source Intelligence, Assent, iPoint, Greensoft, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Power tools.
