- Lead solution selling for complex system opportunities, coordinating stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.
- Manage and develop the agent network, collaborating effectively across internal functions and external partners.
- Participate in the global Project Pursuit Process and ensure structured handover, sign-off, and documentation for project business.
- Use sales tools and processes (e.g.BI tools) and provide accurate inputs to forecasting and planning cycles (POR / SE&OP) while managing budget reporting.
- Actively identify new applications within existing customers and beyond to increase market share.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for each allocated country to grow sales, market participation, and profitability in line with budget and growth initiatives.
- Build strong customer relationships, uncover customer pain points, and position MTM solutions that solve real operational challenges.

Use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings.
You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

- International sales experience with technical products and the ability to translate customer needs into solution value.
- Ability to create and execute country sales strategies, including goal setting, follow-up, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (numerical reasoning, attention to detail, practical learning).
- Confidence using commercial tools and standard processes (e.g., BI tools) to work efficiently and accurately.
- Clear communication and negotiation skills in English plus one additional language (written and spoken).
- A Bachelor’s degree or comparable level of learning and experience that supports success in the role.
- Commitment to following local and international trade compliance procedures in all transactions.
- Experience in marine industry sales and/or complex system solution selling.
- Experience managing and developing an international agent network.
- Strong project pursuit discipline (qualification, structured handover, and documentation).
- Comfort working cross-culturally and collaborating across global teams.
