The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment, owns complex analyses end-to-end, and influences outcomes through analytical rigor and clear communication.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Advanced Pricing Analytics: Apply statistical and machine learning methodologies to analyze price elasticity, price realization, and market performance. Partner with Data Science to develop segmentation models, discount optimization, and predictive solutions, and deliver ad hoc analyses that inform critical commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Data Curation & Quality: Support the preparation and validation of pricing datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across analytics and reporting. Consolidate data from enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, CRM, and other internal and external sources), partnering with Data Engineering and IT to scale and operate data pipelines as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Design Power BI dashboards and visualizations that translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels, linking data to commercial strategy and measurable business outcomes.
  • Data Governance & Continuous Improvement: Document analytical methodologies, business logic, data lineage, and process runbooks. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen pricing capabilities, operational efficiency, and team development.
Who You Are:
You are detail-oriented and thrive on bringing clarity to complex data, looking beyond the obvious to uncover what truly drives performance. You are an effective communicator who turns complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. You are commercially minded and forward-looking, anticipating trends and recommending strategies that move the business forward. You are a collaborative partner who transforms creative ideas into meaningful results.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on pricing strategy, revenue management, commercial analytics, or segmentation/diagnostic/predictive modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, statsmodels, scikit-learn), and DAX/Power BI for data extraction, statistical and machine learning modeling, and dashboard development, with hands-on experience working with ERP systems and their underlying data structures (Oracle preferred).
  • Proven track record of building analytical models that combine statistical rigor with business context to support commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations for global stakeholders across time zones.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Industry experience in industrial goods, manufacturing, engineering products, or B2B environments.
  • Experience designing executive-level dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with advanced machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for exploratory or experimental modeling, including experience partnering with Data Science team on model development and handoffs.
