Project Order Handler

- Respond to customer and sales inquiries by ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer orders
- Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays
- Review, process, and manage customer order change requests with attention to detail
- Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders and support on‑time delivery commitments
- Maintain close and effective communication with customers and sales organizations to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Process and issue invoices in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
- Proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong digital literacy, including effective use of tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Understanding of how business strategies and operational processes support customer and commercial outcomes
- Experience in a customer service, sales support, or order management environment
- Exposure to working with cross‑functional or international teams
