Technical Support Engineer II

In this role, you will:
- Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Perform basic product troubleshooting guided by information found in public documents and limited to business unit products.
- Explain product specifications and product features to customers.
- Gather, collect, organize, and send electronic copies of documentation to the customer.
- Identify project ideas for continuous improvement.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of basic information about electrical.
- Knowledge of basic installations and applications of wiring and other electrical products.
- Knowledge of hazardous locations markets.
- Experience in installations and applications of wiring and other related products.
