You will be a hands-on expert in building, optimizing, and analyzing email campaigns in Pardot, helping ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Build and deploy email campaigns end to end using Pardot, including template setup, content configuration, stakeholder reviews, scheduling, and thorough pre-send quality assurance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain nurture programs and automated journeys that guide prospects through the funnel based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
  • Apply email optimization best practices, including A/B testing of subject lines, calls to action, send times, and content variations, to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
  • Partner closely with Campaign Marketing, Regional Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into technically sound, on-brand email executions aligned with global and regional priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, deliverability, and unsubscribes, and share clear, actionable insights to support data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with audience and data teams to ensure accurate segmentation and thoughtful cadence, enabling relevant and respectful customer communications.
  • Contribute to scalable ways of working by developing reusable templates, modular content blocks, and clear build documentation.
  • Coordinate email campaign projects across content development, audiences, design assets, translations, agency support, and stakeholder reviews to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on email execution in a B2B marketing automation platform (Pardot strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage email campaigns independently, from intake through deployment and performance reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality, you catch rendering issues, broken links, and merge field errors before they reach the inbox.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Familiarity with email KPIs and the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations for campaign stakeholders.
  • Collaborative cross-functional communicator who can work effectively with Global Campaign Marketing, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and IT.
  • Education – BS/BA degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Pardot Lightning certification or demonstrated advanced platform proficiency (Engagement Studio, dynamic content, connected campaigns, Salesforce sync).
