In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Manage material resources across warehouse, distribution, and traffic areas to support production needs.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory control and ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Coordinate and lead the timely supply of materials to production and productive areas.
  • Monitor and control inventories within production areas, addressing discrepancies and negative inventory balances through analysis and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate the proper receipt of materials into the warehouse, ensuring documentation and system accuracy.
  • Control, track, and supply materials to production areas under deviation or special handling requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate the shipment of raw materials to the Distribution Center in Pharr, TX.
  • Lead daily warehouse activities, including layout organization and material flow optimization.
  • Coordinate the accurate execution of return-to-vendor (RMA) transactions.
  • Control, track, and supply materials affected by engineering change requests (ECR).
  • Coordinate the organization and disposal of pallet scrap in the yard.
  • Coordinate maintenance and availability of mobile material-handling equipment, including batteries, chargers, and battery‑changing devices.
  • Review, select, and replace gaylords and auto‑supply trays to ensure safe and efficient material handling.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience supervising warehouse, logistics, or materials operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse management processes.
  • Ability to coordinate teams and priorities in a fast‑paced, operational setting.
  • Comfort working with inventory systems and standard transaction processes.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners.
  • A commitment to safety, integrity, and inclusive leadership.
  • Education: Industrial Engineering, bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a maquiladora environment
  • 80% English (required)
  • Knowledge: Manufacturing systems: MRP, Item Master, BOMs, Cost structure, Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office, Knowledge of inventory systems and Domestic and international logistics.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience supporting production environments with high material flow and engineering changes.
  • Familiarity with cross‑border logistics or coordination with U.S.-based distribution centers.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse or materials management.
  • Ability to analyze inventory data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
