In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

PreSales Support and Demand Generation

  • Design, build, and deliver technical proofs of concept, valuefocused demonstrations, and performance benchmarks.

  • Translate customer challenges into clear technical proposals using industryrelevant language and solution architectures.

  • Gather, clarify, and summarize customer requirements through structured technical discussions.

  • Propose system architectures and hardware/software configurations aligned with customer workflows.

  • Support customer engagement through technical consultations, customer visits, virtual meetings, and conference calls.

  • Contribute to local marketing activities, including technical seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, and webinars.

  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers, Business Managers, Sales, and global subject matter experts to identify and advance business opportunities.

  • Provide technical feedback, recommendations, and escalation input to Business Managers and R&D teams.

Solution and System Delivery

  • Estimate engineering effort for system customization and support technical risk assessment and delivery planning.

  • Coordinate with development teams on customerspecific hardware and software deliverables, including onsite commissioning.

  • Manage technical communication across customers, global experts, and delivery teams to align expectations and mitigate risks.

  • Support and enable strategic partners in delivering partnerled solutions.

PostDelivery Support

  • Advise customers on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution for customized systems.

  • Respond to technical inquiries related to NI solutions, systems, and industryspecific applications.

You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting technical concepts for different audiences, and you take ownership in guiding customers and colleagues toward successful outcomes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEMrelated field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional and global teams.

  • Comfort serving as a customerfacing technical lead in business and project engagements.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to explain technical value clearly.

  • Experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Several years of relevant experience in areas such as application engineering, software engineering, test solution design, or automated test development.

  • Handson experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python) and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.

  • Strong capabilities in systemlevel debugging, root cause analysis, and resolving complex technical issues.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer and project needs (approximately up to 25%).

  • Flexibility to work primarily onsite or at customer locations, with the option for one remote workday per week.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • NI LabVIEW and/or NI TestStand certifications.

  • Experience developing solutions on NI platforms such as PXI or CompactRIO, including tools like VeriStand and TestStand.

  • Background in automotive or mobility applications, such as ECU validation, vehicle communications, test automation, measurement systems, data management, or data analysis.
