In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful role by providing flawless customer service through email and phone interactions. Your duties will include assisting customers with order changes, cancellations, document requests, expedites, and providing price and delivery information. You will play a key role in promoting happiness by delivering timely and accurate information.

  • Responsible in providing customer service regarding pricing, availability and delivery, order placement and inquiries, order maintenance (add, cancel, approve, routing options, changes, and general Discrete Automation product inquiry. Ensures information given to customers is timely and accurate. The representative is also expected to assist customers on basic shipping issues like shortage, overage, etc. which may require them to do research and analysis.
  • Answer emails and calls from channel distribution, exhibiting world-class customer service excellence.
  • Provide inside sales support for pricing and availability.
  • Assist customers with basic order queries, such as status, expedites, and cancellations.
  • Address general product inquiries based on available system information.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • English level: B2.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated systems and process knowledge.
  • Excellent customer support skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of urgency and strong comprehension skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver accurate outputs.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail and action oriented, nimble learner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

Our team supports US customers therefore the person in this position must comply with US business hours and working days on a schedule from Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST (Daylight saving)

*US holidays are different from CR holidays. The nature of the business demands coverage for US working days therefore it might be necessary to work on a CR holiday. This will be notified by the supervisor ahead of time and will be paid according to CR law.
