Provide financial business partnering support, delivering accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders in line with GFS service level agreements.

Contribute to the month-end close process, including financial reporting in HFM for P&L, Balance Sheet, working capital metrics, headcount, and other statistical requirements.

Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for financial statements, covering both P&L and Balance Sheet.

Perform and review balance sheet and control account reconciliations, including monthly bank reconciliations, AP and AR reviews, journal entries, and timely resolution of reconciling items.

Support the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and assist the Senior Specialist with detailed financial analysis.

Prepare and analyze business performance reports for Bookings, Sales, and Backlog, including daily and periodic flash reports and monthly reconciliations.

Deliver cost center reporting and variance analysis for SG&A and COGS.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process automation, standardization, KPI reporting, documentation quality, and collaboration with regional teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- A university degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least two years of experience working in a large multinational organization.
- High attention to detail, a strong sense of curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or Syteline and/or HFM;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Strong communication skills in a cross‑functional, global environment.

As the Accounting Specialist (2 years) you will provide support in the GL team by maintaining daily financial and accounting business processes of the GFS with a focus on standardization whilst delivering excellent customer service. Provide timely and professional services that support the GFS SLA, ensuring that the monthly US GAAP financials for the country are prepared accurately and on time.
