- Achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts.
- Accomplish the annual China nuclear Sales booking target, proactively search and identify new opportunities in current market.
- Work with application and engineering team to provide technical support or solutions to inquiries from EPCs, OEM manufacturers or end user. Responsible for quotation, bidding, contract negotiation, supporting commercial and legal team to conduct risk reviews and contract signing.
- Customer relationship management. Help customer to resolve onsite technical problems and emergency issues to maintain and enhance the satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze marketing information and competitors’ activity, effectively organize and pursuit nuclear business.
- Undertake, as requested, other task or projects and complete them with in the given time frame.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
- You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.
- Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering or materials.
- 5+ years’ experience in instrument, automation, engineer or process industry. Experience in Valve sales is preferred.
- Strategy implement business.
- Experience in making tender documents is preferred.
- Good PC literate, interpersonal, effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
- Customer service/Sales/Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem solving and coordinate skills, Ability to plan and organize.
- Willing to travel frequently on business work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
