In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Analyze issues and concerns and recommend solutions on how to manage the 3rd party vendors.
  • Schedule the web posting of technical documents and approve the publishing of web pages.
  • Recommend improvements in change requests and processes.
  • Implement major change requests such as scripting and interactive content.
  • Troubleshoot major bugs/defects and assist associate developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time (advanced bug/defects: loss of data, server errors, logical errors, unexpected app behavior).
  • Gather requirements and approvals needed.
  • Introduce and test new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team.
  • Create prototypes and mock-ups using standard project templates and tools for projects without wireframes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in web programming, support, and administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Content Management Systems (CMS) Administration, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
