In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • To develop and execute Flow controls OEM program to drive business growth from OEM customers
  • Collaborate with regional sales to meet or exceed the annual business goals for OEM accounts
  • To build, grow & retain relationships with key OEMs.
  • To determine buying patterns of OEMs and develop, implement stocking plans.
  • Review white space opportunities and generate business from new OEM accounts.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders like regional sales, AE, PMO, Operations teams to deliver customer deliverables and improve enterprise service levels
  • Price management by gaining price, maintaining & regularizing ARCs with key India OEMs.
  • To manage opportunity funnel in CRM, RFQs, techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.

  • To lead group of AEs and drive optimizations in product selection, standardized ITP, etc to gain competitive advantage

  • To coordinate with the Inside & Outside sales teams to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.

  • To strengthen relationships with Key OEMs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • To resolve Customer queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage.

  • To set & maintain metrics for quotes, order entry, bookings, service levels and drive improvements, productivity.

  • Collaborate and support to drive synergy, growth programs with other Emerson business units and teams

  • Co-ordinate with regional sales to organize marketing, technology seminars, training with key OEMs

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.

  • 15+ years’ work experience in Control Valve Industry as Sales or Application Engineering.

  • Excellent knowledge of Fisher products and solutions.

  • Understanding of Customer business and market dynamics.

  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers.

  • Communication and technical acumen to interact with Customers and Colleagues

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience of leading team(s) or been in driving/collaborating roles.

  • Ability to Develop and execute business plan/opportunities.

  • Willingness to undertake extensive travel.

  • Hands-on experience in tools like CRM, FF2, Oracle reports

  • Having the ability to drive people from various functions for the same goal.
