- Lead the system design, implementation, and acceptance testing phases of assigned projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define realistic schedules, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies
- Take ownership of engineering deliverables and proactively apply methodologies to optimize execution efficiency
- Support procurement processes, including preparing specifications and coordinating with suppliers and partners
- Monitor scope and manage changes in collaboration with stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project activities
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, supporting knowledge sharing and individual development
- Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives by developing innovative and cost-effective technical solutions

- Experience in engineering project delivery, including system design, implementation, and testing phases
- Ability to lead technical activities and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience working directly with customers and managing expectations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Understanding of automation, electrical, or instrumentation systems
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for project requirements
- A degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in process automation or industrial systems projects
- Experience contributing to bids, proposals, or technical sales support
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Ability to influence and guide stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging technologies and innovation
