In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Handle Paint shop, required basic knowledge of surface preparation method especially Grit blasting and Painting application methods.

  • Responsible for continuous Quality improvement through ingenious ideas. Meeting the Global Quality requirement with Fisher Painting Standards.

  • Based on Assembly Plan Painting Activities to be in line with Assembly Targets. Paint material stock to be ensure based on Production Plan.

  • Daily Monitor all Paint material & Phosphating Chemicals stock, place the order and get the same to maintain the safety stock and Organise the Payment to the Supplier.

  • Inspection and conduct the below tests with periodical manner, maintain the record to meet the Global Quality & Customer Inspection requirement.

  • Daily Basis - Environmental Condition, Blotter test, MEK Test, WFT&DFT.

  • Weekly Basis – Paint booth & Paint kitchen Preventive maintenance

  • Bi-Weekly - Adhesion test for Special & Standard Paint system with Panel (X-Cut Test),

  • Handling the Customer / TPI Painting Inspection activity and complete every Inspection with Acceptance.

  • Handling all Audits conducted By FM Global, ISO-Quality system, OHSAS-Safety system, Global Safety & Customer audits in Painting, Phosphating, Grit Blasting & ETP area.

  • Provide training to New Joiners to understand the Emerson Quality &n Safety requirements. Also conduct Daily meeting for Painting Operators & Helpers to ensure the production and Quality requirements.

  • Maintain Safety aspects and OHSAS requirements in Painting operation.

  • Identify Kazan’s & new development requirements in Painting implement the same with Time frame.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Familiar with Spray painting activity using Conventional / Pressure pot / air assistant airless spray equipments.

  • Rich experience in Monitoring and control the Process Parameters, Trouble shooting for surface preparation and Protective Coatings.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Diploma / ITI Qualification is mandatory, Painting / Coating related studies is preferable.

  • Familiar with Spray painting activity using Conventional / Pressure pot / air assistant airless spray equipments.
  • To running Paint shop, required basic knowledge of surface preparation method especially Grit blasting and Painting application methods.
  • Rich experience in Monitoring and control the Process Parameters, Trouble shooting for surface preparation and Protective Coatings
  • Effective Communication & Coordination with assembly supervisor and other departments of various services for smooth functioning of Paint shop.

  • Man power Management is necessary requirements to ensure Job completed without any issue.
