In this role, you will support customers across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia by promoting and positioning Emerson’s Fisher and Flow Controls technologies. You will work closely with key stakeholders, understand customer needs, and provide value‑driven solutions that help them achieve operational excellence. You will contribute to the growth of the region by developing strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
- Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding annual sales goals across assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
- Engage customers with insights that align Emerson's technologies with their business priorities.
- Position Flow Controls as the preferred partner by demonstrating the value of our products, services, and solutions.
- Identify and progress new opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor for customers in the upstream oil and gas sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and site plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Present forecasts, pricing insights, competitor intelligence, and strategic growth plans.
- Work closely with other Emerson businesses to maximize collaboration and pull‑through.
- Ensure compliance with Emerson ethics, trade policies, and health & safety standards at all times.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

You work with a strong customer mindset and seek to deeply understand needs in order to create impactful solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to articulate value‑based solutions.
- Background in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in control valves and technical sales.
- Proven track record of proactive, consultative selling.
- Knowledge of upstream oil & gas processes and special valve applications.
- Arabic language proficiency.
