We are looking for a high-energy, technically credible, and customer-focused Semiconductor Account Manager to drive strategic growth across semiconductor customers in India.
Role Overview
The Semiconductor Account Manager will own and grow relationships with leading semiconductor customers, driving business growth through consultative engagement and solution selling. This role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor workflows, particularly Post-Silicon Validation, and the ability to connect customer challenges with scalable automated test and validation solutions.
This is a highly strategic customer-facing role where business acumen, technical depth, and executive engagement skills are equally important
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Own and grow strategic semiconductor accounts across Bengaluru and India
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities across validation, characterization, and automated test workflows
- Engage with engineering teams, technical leaders, procurement, and executive stakeholders to influence technology adoption
- Understand customer challenges in Post-Silicon Validation and position solutions that improve test coverage, throughput, scalability, and engineering productivity
- Build account growth strategies, executive engagement plans, and opportunity pipelines
- Collaborate closely with application engineering, solution architects, marketing, and global business teams
- Lead customer presentations, technical discussions, workshops, and commercial negotiations
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with semiconductor R&D and validation organizations
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging semiconductor technologies to shape growth strategies
- Drive forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, and business reviews with leadership
Who You Are:
You are a proactive, strategic problem solver who establishes last relationships and delivers exceptional results. You’re comfortable managing complex accounts and driving account growth at both tactical and strategic levels.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE, or related disciplines preferred)
- 6–10 years of experience in semiconductor sales, account management, business development, or technical consulting
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor workflows, specifically Post-Silicon Validation
- Experience engaging with semiconductor design, validation, or test engineering teams
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills
- Ability to navigate complex technical and commercial discussions
- Willingness to travel based on business needs
- Strong ownership mindset and growth orientation
- Technical credibility with the ability to influence engineering teams
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Prior experience with National Instruments / Emerson Test & Measurement solutions will be a strong advantage
- Understanding of PXI, RF test, data acquisition, automation platforms, or modular instrumentation
- Experience working with large semiconductor accounts in India or APAC
- Familiarity with LabVIEW, TestStand, Python-based automation, or validation architectures is an added advantage
