Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Designing hardware for digital development boards and instrumentation systems.
Developing VHDL applications and IP for digital and instrumentation solutions.
Researching and evaluating technical solutions to support product development.
Testing and validating designs using prototypes and evaluation platforms.
Troubleshooting and debugging hardware and digital design challenges.
Partnering with software developers and global R&D teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Providing technical leadership by guiding design decisions, mentoring team members, and driving best practices across projects.
A collaborative engineer with strong problem-solving skills.
A clear communicator who works effectively across teams.
A self-motivated professional with a passion for complex digital design.
A results-oriented individual with strong ownership and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals such as state machines, memories, counters, registers, and combinational logic.
Expertise in signal integrity and digital timing.
Hands-on experience with AMD Vivado, TCL, and GitHub.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with FPGA-based development environments.
Exposure to instrumentation products or embedded/digital prototyping platforms.
Experience collaborating across hardware and software engineering teams.
