In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and maintain software applications using modern development practices within an Agile team
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, and enhance product features and functionality
- Review peer code to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards
- Participate in sprint planning and contribute to product roadmaps
- Perform software testing and support quality assurance activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team practices
- Support additional project activities as required to meet team and business goals

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in software development (typically 3+ years or equivalent practical experience)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and React.js
- Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles (including SOLID), and software architecture
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and quality assurance practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end tools and libraries such as npm, webpack, and Material UI
- Exposure to industrial automation or similar domains
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
