- Develop and implement global inventory control strategies and procedures across manufacturing and acquisition site
- Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant inventory reporting
- Collaborate with auditors, support audit activities, and address findings effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identify discrepancies in inventory data and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on inventory control processes and best practices
- Prepare and present inventory reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate effectively on complex and sensitive topics, including audit-related discussions, with professionalism and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid project management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proven experience in inventory control management, ideally in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working within a global organization
- Active involvement in audit processes and compliance activities
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
- Experience delivering training or coaching to diverse teams

The Global Inventory Control Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory control processes across manufacturing and acquisition sites worldwide. This role partners closely with finance teams and auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, while driving accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency across the organization. Beyond this core responsibility, the role will drive MFG Operations initiatives focused on improving efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving cost efficiencies.
