Maintain master data in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle)

Planning tools to redefine planning parameters (PFEP)

Buyer/Planner & Production planning metrics

Supplier OTD

Past Due POs

Suppliers promise date updates

Supplier PPM quality

Flag and escalate supplier overall performance

Leadtime regular review

Supplier communications regarding LT, MOQ

Kanban Process – redefine process and requirements and assist in implementation

Data uploads as needed

Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals. Analyzes data and methods to predict and improve a company’s delivery of products and services to its customers. Monitors logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and return on products. Builds relationships with cross-functional work teams and external parties, such as suppliers and distributors to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficacy of supply chain function.
