Nesse cargo, suas responsabilidades serão:
- Definir soluções técnicas para produtos e serviços;
- Analisar riscos e propor mitigações nas propostas;
- Avaliar as especificações dos clientes;
- Integrar os pedidos dentro do prazo exigido pela gestão;
- Executar propostas técnicas e comerciais no tempo adequado;
- Planejar e coordenar os entregáveis para elaboração e aprovação das ofertas;
- Estudar o escopo e a documentação técnica do projeto, verificando a lista de quantitativos de materiais e serviços;
- Realizar assistências técnicas esporádicas em clientes, quando necessário;
- Conduzir reuniões e diálogos técnicos com os clientes para esclarecimentos e alinhamento de expectativas;
- Implementar programas de treinamento para fornecedores e equipes internas;
- Prestar suporte técnico a clientes;
- Criar itens no Oracle;
- Contatar fornecedores para checagem de custos;
- Realizar especificação técnica e dimensionamento de instrumentos/válvulas;
- Interagir com especialistas da BU para consultas e orientações técnicas.
