In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and oversee all tax compliance and reporting activities, including BIR tax filings (ITR, VAT, withholding taxes, FBT, DST, OPT).
• Ensure timely submission of alphalists, SAWT, SLSPI, and related reports.
• Oversee preparation and reconciliation of tax schedules and ensure issuance of BIR Forms 2306 and 2307.
• Monitor compliance dashboard and statutory deadlines, including SEC, BOI, LGU filings, permits, licenses, GIS, AFS, and renewals.
• Manage end‑to‑end VAT refund application processes, including documentation, reconciliations, and coordination with BIR, Legal, and Corporate Tax
• Lead tax audits, LOAs, and assessments, including preparation of responses and coordination with legal, corporate tax, and external auditors.
• Prepare and present tax exposure and mitigation reports to management and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Review tax‑related journal entries, reconciliations, and ensure proper tax treatment and disclosures in financial statements.
• Provide people leadership through coaching, performance management, capability building, and monitoring of KPIs and team metrics

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 8-10 years of total experience in Accounting and Finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in tax and compliance.
• Extensive experience in handling tax audits, assessments, and VAT refunds.
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax regulation and compliance, VAT Refund Processing, Tax Audits, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls (ICQ) and Governance.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
