In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Who You Are:
  • Provide expert oversight and mentorship to cross-functional departments, delivering actionable guidance on compliance matters while cultivating a culture of accountability, transparency, and regulatory excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, technical field, law, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 7.5 years of broadening experience, extensive knowledge of import/export processes and order management or related activities, at least 3.5 years of which involves International Trade Compliance performing screening, product classification, due diligence, and audit for compliance.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other web-based applications

  • International Trade Compliance

  • Understanding of business tools (e.g. Archer, Amber Road, JD Edwards, Symphony Toolkit, CRM, Oracle, etc.)

  • Advance knowledge of Supply Chain functions, concepts, and processes

  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Commodities

  • English proficient

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Excellent engagement skills

Safeguard transactional integrity by enforcing strict adherence to Emerson’s Ethical Standards across all Trade Compliance, Checkpoint, and PEC activities.
