- Investigate customer complaints and feedback through structured root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Coordinate and monitor customer issue resolution activities, ensuring timely closure and prevention of recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales teams to address customer quality concerns.
- Track and manage warranty claims, replacement activities, and customer service notifications (CSN).
- Support Final Quality Assurance (FQA) activities to ensure product compliance and inspection effectiveness.
- Drive awareness and knowledge sharing of customer quality issues to strengthen quality detection and prevention measures.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in cost-saving, digitalization, automation, AI, and SGIA initiatives related to quality and operational excellence.
- Promote and support a strong safety culture, including exercising Stop Work Authority when ESH risks are not adequately controlled.

You take ownership of customer concerns, drive actions to closure, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and product quality. You communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and are committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
- Experience in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and customer complaint handling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in valve, industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, or process industries.
- Familiarity with ASME, ASTM, ANSI, NACE, PED, and ISO standards.
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP, OASIS, QA Web Applications, or similar quality systems.
- Experience supporting quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, automation, digitalization, or operational excellence projects.
