In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leading and managing Statutory audit (KPMG), ITC and IFC audit, Tax audit, Transfer pricing audit, Income tax returns and GST audit
- Preparation of monthly MIS, POR, Budgets and consolidated financials for group reporting and data to be submitted with APHQ
- Preparation and finalization of monthly taxes calculation of TDS as per Income tax and GST Act
- Representation of assessments before commissioner of Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax and Customs
- Providing guidance to the team on withholding tax rates on domestic and international transactions
- Ensuring compliance with Statutory Due dates of EDPMS, IDPMS and companies act
- Also have knowledge of Expat taxation cases of assignees

For This Role, You Will Need:
- CA in Finance with 3-5 years of experience in Finance
- Strong computer skills
- Minimum English language skills - speaking and writing
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work from office
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Chartered Accountant from ICAI Institute in Finance

Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a Deputy Manager in Finance who work with our Finance Team. This role is to work independently with Tax consultants, coordination with Audit team, representation, ensure proper compliances on time and dealing with government authorities and as a part of a team to develop new ways to improve the process. Independently handle the Statutory audit and internal audit with respect to internal controls and auditor queries. You will be playing vital role in operations and able to make decision quickly. Proactively in communicating with employees and able to deliver results in efficient manner. Also work with the team to close the month end activities including P&L.
