Documentation Enablement Engineer (m/f/d)

- Design, configure, and maintain modern documentation platforms, including content management systems and documentation portals
- Implement and manage Docs-as-Code workflows using version control and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous publishing and validation
- Automate and optimize workflows across authoring, validation, and publishing processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Integrate APIs and scripting solutions to extend platform capabilities without modifying core systems
- Embed AI-driven capabilities such as content generation, classification, and quality validation into documentation processes
- Monitor system performance using telemetry and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
- Enhance the documentation experience by designing user-centric workflows, tools, and templates that improve productivity
- Provide training, guidance, and support to enable teams to effectively use tools, workflows, and AI solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and workflow issues to ensure operational stability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, engineering, AI, and program teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions
- Experience with Docs-as-Code practices and version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting (e.g., Python), and systems integration
- Understanding of modern documentation platforms, CMS/CCMS, or publishing tools
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies and their application in content workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
- Experience implementing AI-enabled documentation workflows, including prompt development and output validation
- Background in telemetry, performance monitoring, and data-driven optimization of systems
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, user-focused workflows that enhance the content creation experience
- Experience delivering training, playbooks, or enablement programs for technical tools and platforms
- Familiarity with troubleshooting complex documentation ecosystems and resolving integration challenges
