Position Summary

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive sales growth by achieving or exceeding annual sales, bookings, and profitability objectives across assigned ISV accounts in Angola.
- Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with customers, EPCs, and key decision‑makers at multiple organizational levels.
- Position Emerson’s ISV solutions as preferred standards through differentiated value propositions and technical‑commercial insight.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data with discipline and accuracy using CRM tools.
- Qualify opportunities, prioritize strategic projects, and lead the quote‑to‑order process to successful conversion.
- Expand revenue from the installed base through valves, spare parts, services, and long‑term agreements.
- Identify competitive displacement opportunities and collaborate on strategic account initiatives.
- Work closely with other Emerson business units to maximize cross‑portfolio value and support shutdown, turnaround, and outage activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Emerson’s ethics, governance, trade, and regulatory requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Demonstrated experience in technical or solution‑based sales within industrial environments, particularly valves or flow control solutions.
- Ability to manage customer portfolios and sales pipelines effectively while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally across cultures and functions.
- A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience supporting Oil & Gas customers or broader process industries.
- Exposure to multinational or matrix organizations.
- Familiarity with the Angola market or similar regional environments.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese in addition to English.
- Experience in senior account management or leading complex customer engagements.
