Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our Western Region sales team, supporting key Sabic and petrochemical customers across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. In this role, you will represent Emerson’s Isolation Valves and Actuation portfolio, building trusted partnerships with customers and aligning their business priorities with Emerson’s differentiated solutions. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position offers strong exposure to strategic accounts, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to create meaningful business impact.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets and regional financial objectives in support of the Isolation business plan.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple organizational levels across assigned accounts.
- Position Emerson’s Isolation Valves and Actuation solutions as preferred technologies by clearly articulating value propositions aligned to customer business priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and site plans across all relevant isolation valve business units.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize RFQs, including mega projects, to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Drive competitive displacement opportunities with focus on high‑value applications within petrochemical and midstream segments.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and other Emerson business units to maximize pull‑through opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, growth plans, pricing insights, and competitor intelligence.
- Support customer visits, shutdowns, and turnaround activities to generate leads and expand scope within the installed base.
- Ensure all business activities comply with Emerson ethics, trade compliance, and governance requirements.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong experience in valve sales and account management within the petrochemical or chemical industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through proactive, value‑based selling approaches.
- Solid understanding of petrochemical processes and isolation valve applications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working with Sabic or major petrochemical customers in the region.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Formal training in sales, account management, or business leadership (such as an MBA or sales diploma).
