- Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s collaborators through remote communication or site visits;
- Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process;
- Ensuring the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed;
- Proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
- Ensuring partners are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
- Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
- Supporting on-the-job development of other Inside Sales Specialists;
- Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering field;
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role;
- Proficiency in English and Italian/French/Spanish/German/Russian (written and verbal);
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Experience in commercial and sales support activities;
- Experience in process automation field for various industries;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Self-disciplined and autonomous;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Proficiency in another European language.

As an Inside Sales Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Technical & Commercial Proposals to our customers in Europe across various process industries (such as Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power and Renewables) within Emerson‘s MAS portfolio and support the sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities. This role requires the overall management of the proposal preparation and order booking process, including sales & operations partners’ coordination and direct customer contact, with the focus on winning more orders for the company! As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Account Managers and Operations teams across Europe. We look forward to seeing your application!
