- Support supplier development initiatives in coordination with the manager and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Supply Chain Leaders, Buyers, Material Managers, and Quality teams to improve supplier performance
- Assist in driving supplier performance improvement programs such as safety, development initiatives, and performance metrics tracking
- Analyze supplier data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, quality metrics, and supply reliability
- Support implementation of corrective actions and improvement plans with suppliers
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and reinforce a safe working environment
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to align forecasts, capacity planning, and inventory optimization strategies
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance supplier responsiveness and overall supply chain efficiency

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining and molded components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or supplier quality processes
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as on-time delivery and defect rates
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Internship or project experience related to manufacturing or operations
