In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support supplier development initiatives in coordination with the manager and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Supply Chain Leaders, Buyers, Material Managers, and Quality teams to improve supplier performance
  • Assist in driving supplier performance improvement programs such as safety, development initiatives, and performance metrics tracking
  • Analyze supplier data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, quality metrics, and supply reliability
  • Support implementation of corrective actions and improvement plans with suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and reinforce a safe working environment
  • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to align forecasts, capacity planning, and inventory optimization strategies
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance supplier responsiveness and overall supply chain efficiency

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining and molded components
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools
  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or supplier quality processes
  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as on-time delivery and defect rates
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Internship or project experience related to manufacturing or operations
