- Utilize tools such as CAD, 3D modeling software, and MS Office to support engineering tasks
- Assist in designing basic concepts for jigs, fixtures, and work holding or handling devices to enhance process efficiency and output
- Prepare process sheets and control charts for various components to support production and quality standards
- Document minutes of meetings (MOM), including action items and pending points, and share updates with relevant stakeholders
- Follow and promote adherence to workplace safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Actively participate in workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team

- Basic knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling tools

- Understanding of engineering fundamentals related to manufacturing or production processes

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Exposure to designing jigs, fixtures, or similar tooling concepts
- Awareness of process documentation such as control charts or process sheets
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing concepts like 5S and Kaizen
- Internship or academic project experience in a related field
