In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Knowledge of Federal Laws and Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS).
- Experience managing employee services (industrial cafeteria and transportation).
- Supervision of the security guard team to ensure continuous coverage of operations.
- Implementation and management of AI-equipped CCTV systems for automated access control, risk detection, and perimeter security optimization.
- Fostering a healthy culture of appropriate conduct through the Labor Relations Policy.
- Preparing reports and charts regarding written and verbal interviews and disciplinary sanctions.
- Managing processes for resignations, contract rescissions, terminations, and related conflict resolution.
- Planning and managing events such as holiday celebrations, sports activities, recognition programs, and anniversaries.
- Administering the Internal Work Regulations and disciplinary actions.
- Managing the implementation of workplace climate surveys or employee consultations; tabulating and analyzing results; proposing solutions; and implementing actions to address identified needs.
- Managing and supervising the overtime taxi service provided to employees.
- Coordinating two-way communication programs between staff and the company, such as suggestion boxes, communication boards, and daily, monthly, and quarterly staff meetings.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluid English
- 8 years in Human Resources administration.
