Assist in collecting and organizing market information, industry reports, and competitor updates to support strategy planning and business analysis.
Support the team in preparing internal meeting materials, including PowerPoint slides, meeting minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
Help maintain and update internal databases or dashboards with basic market data and business performance indicators.
Coordinate internal team schedules, meeting room bookings, and cross-team communication logistics.
Assist with document filing, translation, and formatting (Chinese–English) for internal reports and presentations.
Provide general administrative support to the strategy team as needed.
Who You Are:
You are a reliable and well-organized person who pays attention to details and follows through on tasks without needing constant supervision. You are comfortable with routine work and see it as a foundation for understanding how a business operates. You communicate clearly, ask questions when unsure, and are open to learning new tools and processes. You are not afraid of repetitive tasks and can maintain quality and accuracy over time.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Current bachelor’s or master’s student, preferably in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — especially the ability to create clear presentation slides and simple data tables.
Basic written and spoken English skills (CET-4 or above), sufficient to understand simple business documents and compose short emails.
Availability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior internship or part-time work experience is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Familiarity with data visualization or spreadsheet tools (e.g., PivotTables, charts, or simple Power BI/Tableau usage).
Previous experience in student organizations involving meeting coordination, event logistics, or record-keeping.
Interest in industrial automation, manufacturing, or B2B business models.
Basic knowledge of market research methods (e.g., desktop research, industry databases).
A proactive attitude toward asking questions and suggesting small process improvements.
