In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
As a Salesforce Administrator within Emerson's Test & Measurement (NI) business unit, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business. You will manage system changes, uphold data integrity, and ensure a seamless user experience across departments. Your role includes gathering user feedback, implementing enhancements, managing user roles and permissions, and developing reports and dashboards that support strategic decision‑making. You will also lead training, promote user adoption, and serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert for the organization to ensure the platform is leveraged to its fullest potential.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 4-8 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard capabilities and familiarity with custom development (Apex, s‑controls) and integrations
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to re‑engineer and optimize existing Salesforce configurations
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Copilot)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience using Salesforce as a sales analysis tool
- Background in process documentation and workflow development
- Familiarity with AppExchange solutions and Salesforce release management
- Experience with data migration, deduplication, and maintaining data quality
- Ability to craft advanced reports for senior leadership
- Experience using Blue Canvas for version control and deployment
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing development workflows and integrations
- Experience customizing and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud
