In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead planning and scheduling activities to ensure customer orders are delivered in line with requirements and business priorities
Coordinate production planning in close partnership with manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams
Contribute to demand and supply alignment through participation in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning processes
Monitor key performance indicators and support operational reviews to drive informed decision-making
Oversee inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
Promote inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels across raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods
Ensure compliance with applicable trade and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, digitalization, and process optimization
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges

For This Role, You Will Need:
Proven experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or a related environment
Experience leading or coordinating teams and driving performance outcomes
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Experience working in multicultural or matrix organizations
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and digital tools
Professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning or similar demand and supply alignment processes
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices such as Lean or operational excellence methodologies
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management processes
- Exposure to transformation or digitalization initiatives within operations or supply chain
- Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
